In the case of return or substitution: products must be returned intact and complete with any accessories in their original packaging and with an adequate external packing otherwise they will be rejected and returned by unpaid carriage to the sender.

  • In the case of Returns for damaged or faulty products
    Any such faults must be obvious and objectively verifiable; failing which it will not be possible to take Returns into consideration.
  • Only in the case of withdrawal (Art. 64 Consumers’ Code D.lgs. 206-2005)
    Only in the case of payment by cash on delivery or advance money transfer, in order to credit you with the sum you have paid, within 30 days of receiving the intended return product, we would need a bank or post account into which we can credit the money. Should the payment have been made by credit card, the refund will be effected with the same procedure.
